1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Luky24. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luky24 website, mobile application, and all services offered through the platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Luky24 platform. These Terms apply to all users, whether you are browsing, registered, or actively playing. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Luky24 ("the Platform", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

To use Luky24, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Luky24 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a real individual person. Corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Luky24 or its affiliated partners.

Luky24 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be restricted or closed. We take age verification seriously — any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Luky24 account.
• Do not access your account on shared or public devices without logging out properly.
• Enable any additional security features available on the platform when prompted.
• Notify support without delay if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Luky24 processes all transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must come from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Luky24 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements. We aim to keep withdrawal times reasonable and will communicate any delays to affected players.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated periodically.
• Luky24 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds in your account do not earn interest.
• Before processing a withdrawal, Luky24 may request identity verification documents. This is standard practice and not a basis for concern.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Luky24 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. These general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times you must bet the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) amount before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement is always stated upfront.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome offer multiple times via new accounts is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• Game contributions: Different games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to the specific promotion page for details.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified time period will expire and be removed from your account.
• Abuse prevention: We monitor accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements, and collusion. Luky24 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from abuse.

Luky24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended as a reward for genuine play, not as a mechanism for guaranteed profit.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Luky24 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. General rules that apply across all betting and gaming activity on Luky24 are as follows:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the system and a confirmation reference is issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical error will be voided and any stake returned.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a specific cash-out option is available for that market and you choose to use it before the relevant event concludes.
• Luky24 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result was already known at the time of placing — for example, if incorrect odds were published due to a technical error.
• In the case of obvious pricing errors, Luky24 may void affected bets. This applies to Casino game malfunctions as well — bets placed during a verified game malfunction will be voided and stakes returned.
• For Cricket and PSL betting, markets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on abandoned or suspended matches will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at time of betting.
• Live in-play bets are processed in real time. There may be a brief delay between your action and confirmation. Luky24 is not responsible for in-play bets that are placed on incorrect understanding of the current live score or situation.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of Live Casino, by real dealers operating under strict protocols. The results of all games are final once the round is complete.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Luky24 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately; exploiting it instead is a serious violation.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or odds, including in poker or Live Casino table games.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal details during registration or verification.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit through your payment provider after using those funds on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing or selling your account credentials or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.

8. Privacy & Data

Luky24 takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering with Luky24, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary:

11. Account Termination

Either you or Luky24 may terminate your account at any time. If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any required verification is completed.

Luky24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• At our discretion, where we believe continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Luky24 reserves the right to retain any remaining balance as a consequence of that breach, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

Luky24 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active registered players by email or through an in-platform message.

Your continued use of the Luky24 platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
